fe33 ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online betting and casino service provider that offers digital entertainment to users in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document forms the core basis of the agreement between fe33 and each member who uses its services.

Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to participate on the fe33 platform. This service is available only to those aged 21 and above. If any person opens an account using a false age, that account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may open only one account on fe33. Operating multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be suspended or closed and bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
2.3 Registration Requirements
- You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
- If the information provided at registration changes, the account profile must be updated.
- It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and maintain the security of your account.
- fe33 may request a copy of your identification document during account verification.
- Registering with false information will result in account closure.
fe33 reserves the right to refuse registration at any time without giving a reason.
Account Management
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your fe33 account. Never share your login details (username and password) with any third party. If someone accesses your account without your permission, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Verification
Before processing a withdrawal or claiming a large bonus, fe33 may ask you to submit the necessary documents for identity verification. Certain services may be restricted until verification is complete.
3.3 Account Suspension & Closure
fe33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms.
- Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
- Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crimes.
- At your own request (as a self-exclusion or responsible gaming measure).
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds at fe33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). Successfully processed deposits will be reflected in the account promptly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal may be delayed if the deposited amount has not been wagered at least once.
- Unusual withdrawal patterns may require additional verification.
- Funds tied to an active bonus can be withdrawn after the wagering requirements are met.
4.3 Transaction Verification
fe33 may take additional verification steps for deposits or withdrawals. We reserve the right to hold and investigate any transaction that appears suspicious. In cases of fraudulent transactions, law enforcement authorities may be notified.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at fe33 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following examples apply for claiming this bonus:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000
- Deposit ৳6,000 or more → Maximum ৳5,000 bonus → Total balance ৳11,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount (not the combined total of deposit and bonus). The current wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount.
Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = after wagering ৳50,000, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
5.3 Bonus Terms
- Each customer may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Withdrawals cannot be made while a bonus is active until the wagering requirements are met.
- Multiple accounts from the same household or the same device cannot claim the bonus.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided.
- fe33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
5.4 VIP Program
The fe33 VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Through regular participation and activity on the platform, you can advance to higher VIP tiers.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
All bets on the fe33 platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. We work with established game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, and others) to ensure fair play.
6.2 Void Bets
A bet may be voided and the stake refunded in the following circumstances:
- If a game is not completed due to a technical error.
- If there is a clear error in the displayed odds or information.
- If an error is confirmed on the part of the game provider.
In the case of voided bets, fe33's decision will be considered final.
6.3 Sports Betting
The fe33 sports betting section allows wagering on various sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and kabaddi. Bets placed before odds change will remain valid at the original odds. fe33 is not liable if a bet cannot be withdrawn during live betting due to a network issue.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fe33 platform:
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Arranging coordinated betting with the intent to abuse bonuses.
- Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
- Attempting to hack, crack, or unauthorisedly modify the platform's software.
- Placing bets using automated bots or software.
- Providing false information to bypass the verification process.
- Harassing or defrauding other users.
- Conducting transactions using a third party's identity.
Violations of these rules may result in the forfeiture of all winnings, bonuses, and balances, and the permanent closure of the account. Legal action may be taken in serious cases.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 Nature of the Service
fe33 is an entertainment platform. Gambling carries the risk of financial loss. fe33 does not guarantee any investment return or income. Each player is solely responsible for their own decisions.
8.2 Technical Issues
fe33 is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection, server downtime, or other technical reasons. However, we always make every effort to ensure continuity of service.
8.3 Third-Party Content
fe33 is not directly liable for any errors in game provider or third-party software. However, such issues can be reported to the relevant provider through fe33.
